1. Acceptance of Terms
Agreement to terms
By accessing or using the RGBVPN app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use the application.
2. Account Registration & Email Verification
Creating and securing your account
You are required to download our Android application via Google Play and register an account.
A valid and verifiable email address is required to create and secure your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Subscription, Auto-Renewal, and Refunds
Billing, Google Play, and refunds
Paid Subscriptions
RGBVPN offers paid subscription plans for premium access.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Subscription Management
Users can manage or cancel their subscriptions at any time directly through their Google Play Store account settings (Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & Subscriptions).
Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund policy for initial subscription purchases. Refund requests must be processed through Google Play's standard refund procedures or by contacting our support team within 7 days of the initial purchase.
4. Intellectual Property
Ownership rights
All content, features, software, graphics, user interfaces, logos, trademarks, and related materials associated with RGBVPN are the exclusive property of the company and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any portion of the app or its branding without express written permission.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
Prohibited activities
You agree not to use RGBVPN for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to:
- Transmitting malware, viruses, or harmful code.
- Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international laws.
- Infringing upon the intellectual property rights or privacy of others.
6. Account Suspension and Termination
Account restrictions
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and restrict access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or misused the application.
7. Service Availability and Updates
Maintenance, updates, and interruptions
We strive to provide continuous service availability, but the app may experience interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or external factors. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the application or upcoming features (such as future OVPN support) at any time without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
As-is and as-available service
RGBVPN is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
9. Governing Law
United States and State of Texas
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Austin, Texas.
10. Changes to Terms
Updates and modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the application following any modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
